Once an order has been delivered, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items We take quality seriously. If you receive a faulty product, we offer a full refund of the product price under the following strict conditions:

-12-Hour Deadline: Any faults must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp. Reports made after this window will not be eligible for a refund.

- Unboxing Video Required: To claim a refund, you must provide a continuous, unedited video of yourself unboxing the package. This video must clearly show the shipping label and the damage to the product. No video, no refund.

- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
